Shipping and Return Policy

At Arcadian Supply Co., we are committed to providing you with prompt and reliable delivery of our natural, handcrafted products. Below are the details regarding our shipping and return policies to ensure you have a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional time to process.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping location.
    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates on international availability.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to state or federal regulations.

Shipping Delays:

  • Natural Disasters and Unforeseen Events: Delays may occur due to natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@arcadiansupplyco.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will assist you in processing a claim and sending a replacement.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
    • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
  • Non-returnable Items:
    • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soaps, candles, melts, or beard oils.
    • Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
    • Items from our Final Sale Collection cannot be returned.
    • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@arcadiansupplyco.com or call (253) 343-0488. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@arcadiansupplyco.com.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please contact us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item.
