At Arcadian Supply Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural products that are gentle on your skin and the environment. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).

Non-returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soaps, candles, melts, or beard oils.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Items from our Final Sale Collection cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process:

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@arcadiansupplyco.com or call (253) 343-0488. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please contact us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item.
